"Vital, caring, wise advice"

I have been a patient since the late 70s, through many changes of staff.

The practice has cared for me, my husband, four children and elderly parents. The doctors have always given excellent advice with kindness and thoughtfulness.

We have had a lot of medical issues to contend with over the years.

The doctors and receptionists go out of their way to do what they can to help.

I have never felt like an anonymous patient no one cares about.

Sometimes admin can go a bit awry or it is hard to get an appointment with a doctor who knows about the family but nothing can be perfect all the time.

Everyone tries very hard and it isn't an easy job for the staff when people are anxious or upset.

There is always patience and kindness.
