"Very friendly local practice"

I attended Umar Medical Centre for my 4 year old daughter who was suffering from skin problems. I found the experience of obtaining an appt quite efficient. I found the GP very approachable and friendly and clearly concerned about the my daughter’s ailment. He provided me with clear information about his diagnosis and educated me on how to care for the skin rash to keep it under control. I left happy that my needs were met and that I was listened to. I did take me a while to get through on the phone but that’s probably because it’s a big practice and lots of patients are trying to get through at once.
