"Excellent all round"

I have been a patient at this surgery for many years and I would like to say the service I have always received is excellent.

The staff are amazing, both the medical team and the girls on reception. They are helpful, informative and nothing is too much trouble. I have never had a problem with any of the receptionists. I have always found them very professional and helpful both on the phone and face to face. They are doing the best they can and need to be given credit for this.

The paramedics and nurse practitioner have been a great asset to the surgery too. Their service is easy to access and are professional and efficient. My medical queries have always been dealt with very efficiently. The telephone triage system is so handy as I work long hours. I can appreciate that demand is high on the surgery but have no complaints whatsoever. Credit where credit is due.... too many people are obviously too quick to complain!

I would recommend this surgery to anyone. Well done and keep up the good work!
