"Brilliant Practise"

Generally, all the staff at this practice is very friendly and helpful. I am happy with the service from this practice.

There are some brilliant GPs and nurses at this practise. They will tell you the chosen course of treatment and why they have chosen that particular course - explaining how and why it works which I find helps me to get on board with the treatment and stay on course.

Most of the GPs and nurses that I have dealt with at this practise will also patiently listen without judgement and address all my concerns about the condition/treatment.

All this I find very helpful in aiding a speedy recovery as the most effective treatment plans need co-operation from the patient themselves (especially if the patient is an outpatient one).

My only criticism of this practice is the minimal availability of telephone appointments and advance bookings to see the doctor. You have to book the appointment in person on the morning of the day the appointment is required which often means 2 trips to the GP practise in order to see the doctor. However, on the day appointments at this practise are much easier to book than at other practises that I have previously registered at.
