About: United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust

(as a service user),

I have a txt to ask how the service was at this hospital! 

I’ve never been to this hospital for any treatment at all ! 

So how did you get my contact information?

That’s what I want to know ! 

The only hospital I’ve attended is the royal Bolton . 

So some how you have my information which you shouldn’t have ! So I want to know why and how ! 

Under the freedom of information act 

You have to give me this . And I need a explanation to why you are txtin me from a hospital I’ve never been too .

I will be seeking legal advise on this matter

We are sorry that this has happened with our anonymous Friends & Family Test survey. At this present moment in time I don't know why this has happened to you and clearly we need to investigate the reasons.

I have rang the department and spoken to a lady and gone through this with her.

I also said I still want a full explanation why this has happened, I know the lady said it might be because the telephone number was taken down incorrectly!

But after seeking legal advise on the matter I still want a full explanation and investigation into how and why this happened and a explanation in writing assuring me that all my details are not kept at this hospital!

The lady has my contact number and if you would like to call me for my address so you can forward the investigation correspondents to me.
