"Still waiting for test results 7-8 weeks after..."

While I was initially impressed with how quick I got seen and the amazing treatment of the staff it has now turned into a negative experience. I had a echo test 8+ weeks ago and a ct angiogram just over 7 weeks ago and still have not had results. There's no one to contact other than an answering machine to leave your details on and np one gets back yo you. I'm now worried sick! You can't speak to anyone or get a response and it's been 8 weeks now! Why can't you just have a number to call to speak to someone it shouldn't take 8 weeks for your result!
