A lot of people will only review a unit when they have something bad to say but have little to say when they have received an excellent service.
I delivered my first baby at the North Middlesex University Hospital in the Midwife Led Birth Centre on the 28th June (2018) and I can honestly say I received exceptional service throughout!!
The staff were professional, each midwife introduced themselves when they met me. Each of them were consistent in the information they gave and all of them were friendly and approachable no matter how long they spent with me.
I'd especially like to thank two midwives for looking after my little one and I and hope that they'll continue to do the excellent work that they do in helping mother's bringing new life into the world in a safe and comfortable environment!!
Truly the service I received antenatally and during my labour and delivery has been praiseworthy and this has only been continued since my discharge to the community midwives and health visitor teams. I cannot praise them enough!!
(I have also left this review on the Google review page)
