"Rude Receptionist"

Absolutely ludicrous. I walked into the walk in centre as my 6 week old needed an appointment due to a chest cough. I was told by a receptionist that she would let the doctor know that I needed a appointment and to come back in an hour. I then sat down at the side of the waiting room to breastfeed my son, when she very loudly said "I said come back in an hour!". Which I responded also loudly "I will once I have fed my son."

This isnt the only time I have had a problem with thia certain receptionist.

I came in for an appointment and signed in. I had been waiting an hour after my given time, just to find out she hasn't told the doctor I was here. She gave me a very awful look and didn't apologise.
