"Brilliant Staff"

I was admitted to the endoscopy unit for both a colonoscopy and endoscopy (as I have Barratts oesphagus I have endoscopies regularly). The nurse who did both procedures yesterday was outstanding and a credit to the endoscopy unit. This was the first time EVER my fears were listened to in detail and all three nurses in the room were just amazing.

Normally, even with sedation, I am aware of the camera going down my throat and I struggle! This time was perfection, I did not feel a thing and my fears are now gone if this same nurse conducts my future procedures. Excellent care by the whole unit who made my stay both relaxed and enjoyable as we had lots of laughs.
