"Can never get through to book an appointment"

About: Riverlyn Medical Centre

I have tried for over a week to book an appointment even looking on line to book having given up with the phone

Now its asking for a user name and password and I need to ring the surgery for that !!!

I have been trying to get a small lump on my arm checked out and no doubt will have to go to a walk in centre as this surgery is obviously too busy to pick up the phone

I am really sorry that you were having such difficulty getting through.

We have looked into the phone system which is working fine, but at times the lines get very busy.

Appointments are released twice a day to allow better access to them.

As an alternative, we have recently introduced 'online' access to appointments which can made with ease with login details.

When you are next at the surgery, please ask the Receptionist for Online Access and they will be happy to guide you.

Once a patient registers for this access, it is easily accessible via our website www.riverlynmedicalcentre.co.uk.
