(as the patient),

For the second time in 2 mths I have been unlucky enough to break my wrists absolute agony but the guys in A& E were amazing tending to my care with smiles   professionalism while even checking the tennis score for me I needed several xrays which were done with great care n pateince as I was crying wi pain/ fear I was seen swiftly through the dept even though they were busy nothing was too much bother for them I remember little about getting my wrist manipulated back into place   but Rachel who once again plastered me with care n a smile Alison who tendered me with compassion and a smile before her shift ended and I'm sorry I can't remember the young male nurse who stayed with me n my husband doing my obs chatting away to us with such ease n care that made us both feel so relaxed n as if we had known him forever   I can't thank you all enough makes me proud to be a nurse myself n proud of the nhs   so thankyou guys ur awsome
