"Not helping me"

About: Ealing Community Partners - Community Psychological and Mental Health Services / Primary Care Mental Health Service (Ealing)

(as the patient),

Not understood at all by primary care, sending me round in circles, failed to assess me, I feel even worse now as a result, it was very hard for me to get the courage to ask for help to begin with, I think staff should not be controlling and patronising towards someone asking for help it just makes it worse, I do not have confidence is asking this service for help, it feels like they do not want to help me

I have acknowledged you concerns and disappointments with great sensitivity and kindest. I would subsequently, like to convey my deep apologies for the course of therapeutic and clinical interventions that you have received and your subsequent negative experience.

I would like to know a bit more about your situation and wish to attend and assist you with your current needs. It will be useful to know, which GP Surgery you are registered at.
