"Making good changes especially at reception..."

I have had a lot of difficulties with this practice in the past, & there are still some GPS I will not see but after going to the practice manager about issues & seeing a doctor who really does care & is being very helpful,

I wanted to acknowledge this. The receptionists were appalling but now since expanding and getting new receptionists, I can say there are some friendly faces & very nice receptionists. It took a very long time in Hastings to get my medical situation in some kind of order & I thought it would never happen, but my care recently has been very good with the staff I see. Thank you.
