"Don’t use"

I have been with this surgery since childhood and always received a decent but unspectacular service from them. However with a doctor retiring, there is a shortage of doctors (as noted by other reviews here) at the surgery and you are bunged in with nurse practitioners. I have not seen a proper GP since a doctor retired and frankly that is unacceptable. Whilst some of the nurse practitioners have been helpful, I still NEED to see a GP. Reception staff on the other are the worst. They don’t seem to be bothered in anything that they do. For example, I’ve had issues with my prescription and since I am away for part of the year in London, I was simply told by the reception staff to register for a GP in London instead of helping me sort some of my issues. Frankly with that sort of service I’m amazed anyone puts up with this. All in all if you want medioacre service please register with this surgery
