"Try and see your GP of choice ?"

For over 2-3 years now ,this surgery has gone from very good to poor if you want to book in to see your own GP within 2 weeks that is. There always seem to be a 14 days fully booked and most people just give up?There was suppose to be PPG but have not meet in the last 3 years and every time I ask ,I get don't know? And finally I have asked on numerous occasion to see my full electronic medical records and I and still waiting?
