About: Heartlands Hospital / Accident and emergency

I felt like the staff was very rude. I understand it's busy I had been waiting over an hour and half.

The patients that was waiting around me had nearly all been same, and new group of people all came in. I was concerned I had been skipped so i went up to nurse station.

They acted like i wasn't there for few minutes which was annoying. One guy was very rude said it wasn't his job to look on computer to see if i was next in line. told me it was head nurse job and pointed some nurse seating in waiting room with her mobile phone. I was disgusted.

When i was seen by doctor my bite wound wasn't cleaned and i found myself repeating myself numerous times. She ingored me when i said i wanted the hypo shot, and just said oh take these antibiotics take one day you will be fine.

I got to chemist and it's actually three a day. I said honestly you should be the doctor they was really polite in the chemist. I honestly wouldn't go back to the heartlands hospital it was disgraceful
