I am Lee Hirst, I went to hospital for a removal of tooth, also I'm deaf, on July 11th at 3pm. After short wait, I met 2 ladies and I was a bit worried cos they are young lasses don't get me wrong. One explained to me by write it down on paper for me to understand, what they were going to do, how long etc, Sorry I didn't catch their names anyway, 2 injections went in but they weren't fully numb I was worried so I thought here we go again. But they were determined to get it numb properly after a good 20 minutes, till fully numbed, they managed to pull tooth out and snitched 4 times. They make sure I was ok and keep talking to me. After that they provide me leaflet 'Care of the mouth' explained it to me. They have been wonderful and get job done, full credits to them, thank you!
