About: Inpatient mental health care (Lewisham)

(as a relative),

My relative has been in Wharton ward for a few months so far. Majority of staff I have come into contact with spend their time in office ignoring patients & visitors, total lack of people skills, no eye contact, no greeting, no smiles, and thats when visitors present. 

Jim Birley ward staff are engaged, pleasant and responsive.

Sort it out Ladywell!
