I had to have a fairly serious heart 'correction' last year and was hospitalised for 2½ weeks.

I had lovely food, and lots of it which kept me well and strong and the staff were very friendly at all times.

I can't thank QA enough for the excellent service I received and the many thousands of pounds it cost to put me right.

My Consultant was an excellent doctor: he was totally up to speed with my condition straightaway.

I hope the Media will give this hospital a break and stop talking about Special Measures as it merits only the highest praise.

It would be lovely if the focus was more positive instead of being on headline-grabbing negative statistics.
