One particular doctor is a legend; he is the most professional doctor I’ve ever met. He listens to you and speaks softly which takes away half of your illness even before prescribing you the medication.
The receptionists are very well mannered and always offer you a warm welcome. One even went through the trouble of enquiring about malaria tablets for me from Boots; very kind.
A doc whose name I don’t wish to mention was uprupt and rude and hastened for you to finish quickly! I guess it’s difficult knowing what quality of doctor you’ll get from an agency!
Nothing’s perfect and sometimes it’s tedious being put on hold for over 20 minutes on the phone; I have no solution and just wish there was a better system in place.
