"A visit from my Care Coordinator"

About: Specialist mental health services

(as a service user),

I wanted to share my feedback about Karen my Care Coordinator who came to visit me in my home. She's a lovely lady and I enjoyed talking to her and I think she enjoyed talking to me too, I just wanted to say that I really, really valued her coming to see me. She's so lovely and she comes to help me. I live in a small flat by myself and I'm very lonely. I struggle to get out because the stairs are dreadful and I broke my hip, and I'm terrified of falling and breaking my hip again. So, Karen is going to organise sending someone else to come and see me to help me with this fear.

Hi tucanasp44,

Thank you so much for leaving this lovely feedback about your Care Coordinator Karen. It's so lovely to hear.

I will pass this to the service manager and I know that they will appreciate this and will share it with staff.

It's so nice to hear good things like this and I really am grateful that you took the time to write this.

Many thanks and best wishes, LUCY
