About: Castlefields Health Centre

Having been at castlfields most of my life I have to say I have always received first class treatment, but recently I have had a few health problems as you do when you start to get that bit older, when ive got an appointent to see a doctor its as normal first class care but there lies the problem, getting an appointment, having to get a call back from the doctor first is utterly ridiculous. This triage system does not work.lat time I phoned for an appointment I was told the doctor would ring me back well thats not going to happen when your stuck on atill in work, when I had tonsiltis I phoned feeling not very well in a lot of pain to be told doctor will ring you back, doctor rings me back told me probably viral but go to your local chemist get them to diagnose what?? really?? So chemist says you got tonsilitis you need to phone your doctor helloo I already did, so I ring doctors back I get an appointment and then get first class treament. But seriously castlefields gour appointment system needs changing otherwise I might have to.
