(as the patient),

I was very apprehensive, going for a colonoscopy. Everyone I saw, from the volunteer, who showed me to the ward, till I left 3hrs later, was very kind and professional. Due to the nature of the procedure, my dignity was upheld at all times. Well done to you all.
