"Lack of Cmht care"

About: Surrey And Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust / Adult mental health

(as a service user),

I was moved from supported living into residential care 4 months ago in which time I feel as if caterham cmht have discarded me, refused to see me and made it very difficult for me to have my bloods so I can get my clozapine, blaming my home.  all treatments I was supposed to get refused.  mother was told not to bother them transition between boroughs takes time. considering I’ve spent over a lot of the last 7 years in hospital intensive care life support or sectioned
