"Impossible to get an answer on the phone"

About: North West Boroughs Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust

The Knowsley Treatment Room Service has phone number which is never answered you are asked to leave a message and you will receive a callback.

You wait and no-one calls back.

If this was an isolated case I would not bother leaving a review, however after receiving excellent service at various hospitals I have needed stitches removed more than 3 times.

Because this service is so abysmal I end up going to a walk in centre.

I realise that the NHS is 70 years old I would have thought an email service would be more benificial than a non answeringtelephone service
