What I liked

The Birth Centre and Labour Ward were absolutely fantastic, i couldnt have asked for more support and care. The team guided me in the best route to take and i had a feeling of 1:1 support, as though there was no one else on the ward.

The after care was also great, with the ring of a bell the team would be there to support you.

When i decide to have another child, i will most certainly be heading to the Stoke Birthing Centre/ Labour Ward for their care. Thank you.

What could be improved

Following moving to the ward to stay over night, although the staff were fantastic, if there were more of them you would get more support. As a first time mum, i didnt really have a clue what i was doing.
