About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

Everything was professionally done calm and friendly from the moment I was greated by the receptionist until I left. I was so well cared for.

Nursing staff were very busy but remained cheery and upbeat. Anesthesic team were great fun and made me relax. 

Consultant was brilliant and was very easy to talk to. As was doctor working with her. 

I really can credit enough the time people spent with me and the caring nature they all have.

I am really glad that you have taken the time to share with us your recent positive experience in the day surgery unit. It is great to hear that you felt everyone you encountered were cheery, professional and put you at ease. The unit is very busy and staff work hard to try and provide the service you describe, so it is very rewarding to hear really positive feedback like this. I will make sure this is shared with all the staff in the unit.
