This week I had a gynaecology procedure at the Treatment Centre, from the moment I entered the treatment room I was met and welcomed with warmth and respect.
At the consultation process, he carefully explained the process of the procedure, and the expected outcome.
The consultant had three ladies in his team, they soon put me at ease and we were like old friends
The procedure itself was challenging, but everyone did their upmost best to ensure I was as comfortable as possible, and proceeded with complete professionalism at all times.
The after care was equally attentive, and my husband was brought in to share refreshments with me. The consultant then went through the whole procedure with us both, and the expected outcome, I was able to discuss with him any issues or concerns I had.
To conclude, I was extremely anxious about this procedure, but the consultant was amazing....
he was patient, professional and kind, his team were equally excellent and I cannot thank them enough, thank you all!
