If you call in the morning when they open you will have no problem speaking to a member of staff or arranging an appointment. It helps everybody if you work with the service providers rather than expecting them to work around you. That's simply unrealistic and pompous to be honest. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff and doctors working at eastview surgery, they have been wonderful and are making a fantastic contribution the NHS. The only thing left to say is a big thank you to everybody at eastview, I'm only sorry that more people don't appreciate the hard work you put in to helping people stay healthy/get better. Thank you!
