"Efficient and caring service"

The practice makes me feel safe. The practice is organised to ensure that all patients have access to a doctor on the day via a drop in service which complements the appointments service.

Patient health is tracked and followed up eg I get an annual MOT with the nurse as I have hypertension. Tests and investigations are followed up in a timely manner, by phone or letter or visit as appropriate to move a patient`s treatment forward. The doctors, nurses and practice office work very hard and are patient and kind. The receptionists are helpful and know the practice very well so they are well placed to sort stuff out. Personally I feel that I am in a partnership looking after my health - I know exactly where I am and I want to take responsibility for my own health with the expert support. I do what I am advised to do.

I`ve had reason to be referred to hospital - for emergency care on one occasion, for tests on other occasions. These are always followed up.
