If I could give this place minus stars I would. Never got to see dental practitioner for Restorative Dentistry. Three appointments cancelled for initial assessment, 2 by Dental Hospital,1 by me during the awful weather conditions in Feb 2018 (I did ring up to cancel).
I have to say that this whole referral to the Dental Hospital from beginning to end has been a complete exercise in administrative incompetence by them. Finally received a copy of a letter which they sent to my Dental Practice informing them that I was being referred back as I had failed to attend a fourth appointment. No knowledge of this appointment. How can I attend an appointment of which I have no knowledge of!! As far as I'm concerned I am still waiting for another appointment, due to last cancellation by them.
In all my life I have never "non-attended" an appointment. If I cannot make it I will contact the service provider before the appointed date, so I am somewhat at a loss to understand why this final letter was sent.
Needless to say I have written a letter of complaint, with better and further details. I await their reply in writing, with interest.
For information the mandatory information I have completed in Section 4 of this review is when this whole fiasco began. My Dental Practice had problems with the referral prior to my involvement.
