(as a service user),

This morning Allen from Westmark came to fix a problem with my wheel chair.   Allen  regularly comes whenever I have any issues and has been servicing my chair for several years now. He not only fixes the problem that I have reported but always gives it a good 'MOT'  which fills me with a lot of confidence.   today he noticed that the brakes were not as good as they could be and adjusted those before he left. I had not noticed the brakes having deteriorated slightly.
