"THANK YOU Day Ward."

I would like to say a massive thank you to you all.

I was admitted to the day ward for removal of a cyst in a very personal part of my body, but the dignity and professionalness of the staff was outstanding. I was obviously a little nervous but was met by a nurse who did all the prilimary tests and she explained everything from what she was going to do right through to explaining how the procedure would go. I met the anethatist and the surgeon who also explained everything. I was lucky to be first on the theatre list and the theatre staff were just as informative, my operation went ok and on being taken back to the day ward the staff looked after me exceptionally until I was allowed to go home.
