"Impossible Appointments"

I have received several letters from my GP asking me to book an appointment for my COPD & Diabetic Check. I am also disabled, I am unable to get through on the phone so my wife walks to the surgery only to be told that there are no appointments available and would have to contact them again at the end of the week after the open up some appointments. We waited, only to be told that there are no appointments.

This is a terrible service that they are being paid for.
