I have been with this surgery for about a year after many years with another practice. I have attended about four times for health checks and monitoring for heart condition seeing two of the doctors and two of the practice nurses.
I would like to commend the staff for their care and concern and the efforts they make to accommodate patients needs.
This week, feeling very unwell and distressed, I asked for an emergency appointment which was given straight away. I saw a doctor whose care, concern, empathy and compassion was second to none. I can honestly say that the treatment given and the rapid response to my condition was examplary and filled me with reassurance and appreciation for the National Health Service. Subsequent treatment at NMGH confirmed this viewpoint.
My thanks to all and I hope that other patients who experience the same kind of treatment at this surgery will take the time to post positive reviews especially in this target driven and appraisal based environment we live in.
