(as the patient),

I was taken to A & E in Redditch by ambulance from my Drs, with a suspected DVT, right from start to finish the service was absolutely first class.

The ambulance staff were brilliant, and the staff at the A & E were second to none, they took great care of me, ensuring that I was comfortable at all times, whilst doing all the tests/procedures required, even making sure that my sister who had raced to the hospital to be with me, was looked after.

Thank you so much, the NHS are amazing, and I have noting but admiration for all their hard working staff.
