No bag to put dirty gown in and baskets to put your clothes in where dusty and had bits in. I woukd of thought a steriling wipe would be in baskest to wipe in out fir nest patient. To stop cross inection

We are disappointed to hear you were not happy with the basket you were given to put your clothes in. We aim to provide a high standard of service to all our patients and we apologise that you feel this was not the case on this occasion.
