Hi my daughter had an appointment in out patients today our appointment had finished when my daughter decided to nip toilet few minutes had passed when i heard a bang and thought oh no a vacant episode my daughter suffers epilepsy since she was 9 managed to get a lovely member of staff managed to get toilet door open and true enough my daughter was on the floor staff was called to assist but my daughter was out of it and was having small sizure 3 in toilet the staff was brilliant a group of theatre staff arrived with a trolley to get my daughter off the floor they took her to recovery room where two lovely ladies stayed with my daughter taking obs reassuring me offering me plenty of drinks and not wanting to leave her until the relavante team came to assess her and even when she was dicharged they made sure they took us down to reception to which we waited for our transport home i would like to thank each and every member of staff who helped me and my daughter today but especially these to lovely ladies who whent above and beyond thank you so much from the bottom of my heart xxx 09/7/18
