"Outstanding care"

About: Milton Keynes Hospital / Maternity care

I gave birth on the 10th May via elective c section after 2 previous c sections. I can not fault the care that I received here! The theatre staff, the midwives, the hca’s and everybody in between.

I was treated with dignity and respect, informed of everything that would/was taken place and greeted by every single staff member with a smile.

My sister passed away suddenly 5 days before my section and some of the midwives made my well being a priority. Frequently checking in on me, offering advice and support and a even a friendly hug. For this I am ever grateful.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hospital to anyone, I fact I have been telling anyone who will listen about the outstanding care that I received! Well done Milton Keynes Hospital, keep up the fantastic work.

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about the level of care you received from our maternity department and congratulations on the birth of your baby! We are absolutely delighted to hear that you were treated with such dignity and respect and that everyone was very well attentive to your needs. Thank you for spreading the good word around about our hospital, we hope that your baby is growing well and hope the next time you visit our hospital; no matter what ward or department it is, that you have the same experience. Once again thank you.
