What I liked

The environment that all the staff in the McMillan unit have obviously worked so hard to achieve.

You arrive there full of fear and trepidation of the unknown but without exception all members of the unit do there very best to put you at ease. I cannot praise them enough for the caring, kind and professional way in which I, my family and friends were treated for the six months I was receiving chemo.

Also, when short staffed and under considerable pressure, the level of care never altered and the nurses still managed to have a smile of their faces!
