"The receptionist are shocking"

I have crohns rant for an appointment 2 days in a role explaining I need a doctor the receptionist said we fully booked maybe go to the walk in center. I would have had to get there in a taxi and maybe had messed on the way as had severe diarrhoea becuz of my condition. As where I live it right near the sergury. She spoke to me abrupt and I know the one it is becuz I knew her voice. Do these people not realise some people are genuine and need help. Ok I may not of go a appointment unstandable if they are busy but talk to people with kindness
