My experience of my stay in James Cook was simply amazing. From first contact with my Surgeon to my admission for a Triple CABG was first class. The care from ALL the staff was exemplary.
I was scared as you can imagine but the honesty, dedication and professionalism of the whole team quickly put me at ease. I will be eternally grateful to the NHS for my lifesaving operation and the care I received during my stay including the support from the Rehab team in Darlington afterwards.
To anyone who may be facing a CABG at this hospital, don't worry you will be in safe hands. From the bottom of my heart (excuse the pun) Thank you all again. keep up the fantastic work, its plain to see how hard you all work under difficult circumstances.
