"Working with your surgery"

I wanted to add a fair comment. The surgery is trying to provide a great service despite the lack of funding and staff shortage.

I went in today at 9am and spoke to a very helpful and friendly receptionist who was eager to get me my appointment to see a doctor. She spoke with respect and was empathetic. I came away feeling valued and listened to.

I have a great experience at this surgery every time I go. I do agree that it takes ages to get through if you need to call in for an appointment in the morning, but when you do get through the staff are friendly and helpful.

I do like this surgery. It’s clean, the staff are professional and helpful. What’s even better the pharmacy is next door and prescriptions can be sent directly to your pharmacy who can deliver to your home upon request...!
