"Branston Ward day care"

Had to go into Branston Ward last week for something I would not like to disclose. However, it was fantastic! Clean organized and well kept ward, helpful compassionate and knowledgeable staff. All staff on the ward could not do enough for you and made me feel at ease and reassured the entire time. I never felt embarressed or in the way.  I was informed in detail about everything and was in and out in around 4 hours! Even on arrival on the ward outside of mealtimes I was offered food and hot drinks. I was seen immediately and they had all my medication etc checked and ready. Even when I buzzed them they responded in under 2 minutes. I have never had such an incredibly positive experience. Please pass my deepest thanks to the entire ward for their incredible display of compassion and respect. They have successfully reassured me that I do not need to be petrified of going to Lincoln hospital (which I was following my previous appalling visit). Absolutely fantastic care! Can not praise and recommend enough!
