"A sudden accident dealt with double quick"

Whilst on holiday, my three-year-old daughter fell from our caravan window, face first in to the gravel below. She was hysterical all the way to the hospital. I dropped my wife and daughter at the door and parked up. By the time I got inside, they were already with staff being dealt with. The Doctor and nurse who saw her employed various tactics to calm her down and were able to clean and dress her wounds. They treat us all so well and felt that the service provided was very personal and we were not at all treat like a number.

Both my wife and I were so impressed with James Pagett hospital. The following day, other than a few cuts you would never know my daughter had had an accident. What was a stressful and frightening time for a parent was dealt with such professionalism. Thank you so much
