Staff were professional and friendly
What could be improved
The parking was atrocious- demand was massively higher than the space provided. This needs to be sorted out urgently.
I do not agree with the 'no news is good news' system of giving results. I want to be told the exact results of any tests I have done, not to be wondering whether they just wrote down my mobile number wrongly.
