Some of the receptionists are so so rude her I've felt with Dr surgerys in the past and experienced some rudeness and sometimes you can understand if people are getting frustrated about appointments but this is something else! They are almost judgmental about your treatment and try to give a rude opinion that has not been asked for. One receptionist especially and a trainee have been the worst. I've heard receptionist slag off patients while I wait in the waiting room it's ridiculous, everyone should be treated with no judgement.

The doctor has been amazing hence the reason I stay!
