"Outstanding quality care"

I felt surprised, delighted and reassured by the genuine and thoughtful care provided for my elderly parents recently at Ipswich Hospital. Clare, specialist cardiology nurse in Clinic G was genuine, intuitive and perceptive when seeing my mother, 91 accompanied by my father, 92 and myself. She gave them time and helped me take them to the exit at the end of the appointment. 

I believe the receptionist at South Wards entrance, arranged to have my father taken by wheelchair to catch my mother and me up in Clinic G. He had left us to park the car. I knew he would be anxious and might have forgotten where we were so I asked the receptionist to kindly look out for him.
