Further to my comments last week, I contacted the patient experience team who promised to investigate. They left me message to say that my notes were with the Medico Legal team (again)!
What is the problem with Wythenshawe? Don't they know that the Freedom of Information act says that I'm entitled to see my notes? All I want is a copy of my blood tests!
I'm not giving up on this and will take it as far as I need to go.
