From being sent to an extremely busy A&E department on 25th June 2018 by my GP with a letter and in pain I was seen within a very short time and admitted to a cubicle. I was treated very quickly by lovely professional staff who diagnosed a heart attack, my treatment started straight away. Admitted to AMU Ward and eventually on to CCU ward. By Friday, 29th June 2018 I had 2 angiagrams and a stent fitted at the Northern General. A big thank you to all the staff who was involved in my hospital care.
A hospital can only be excellent if it is run efficiently by all department heads and everyone working together from the cleaners, kitchen staff, porters, nurses and doctors. Laying in a bed you see a lot, what the nursing staff have to put up with but everyones professionalism and kindness shines through by all staff.
Your worth and dedication are amazing I salute you all.
"Excellent service from admission to discharge"
